Any purchase or order passed since the website or by email implies acceptance of these Terms.

Ets SAGET not take orders by phone and only followed by an email or a letter of confirmation. Orders are considered firm once the deposit or cash paid.

SERVICE EXCLUSIVE OF Ets SAGET: EXPERTISE & ESTIMATE

We propose to parishes, religious communities, dioceses, museums and private experience of antiques and religious Catholic liturgical art for many years.

We travel (travel required) or you get to survey and evaluate (if necessary) any religious object liturgical (Paramente, silver, bronze church, statues and church furniture, religious books).

We n'expertisons or tables, nor the windows.

We buy or take on deposit (with deposit contract) any liturgical object (except large furniture and statuary important) in respect of the 1905 law on separation of church and state.

We also carry out any junk from attics or Presbytery.

Our expert reports, estimates are accompanied by a detailed description and photos all in a report connected with Photo CD attached.

Flat fee per item appraised: from 30 € (contact us for a quote - if package objects in number or expertise to complete such a vestry)

We give our report to your insurance company upon request.



1 - Ownership of goods and orders

The goods belong to the Ets SAGET until full settlement.
No shipment will be made before full payment of orders or purchases.
Orders must be accompanied by a deposit of settlement under the same conditions as in paragraph 2 - C

Returns must be made within 7 days from receipt of purchase. For a refund can be made the goods shall in no case have been used. The return is at the expense of the buyer and the latter must ensure proper packing of goods: in case of missing or broken there will be no refund. Buyers must be careful to send the goods with proof of mailing.

The commands "custom" may not be recoverable.

Ets SAGET reserve the right to return your item under certain circumstances and at its discretion:
 - Allowance of 30% of the amount of the item ordered
 - Return at your expense

2 - Price and Payment

A - HOW TO SET?

A1 - REGULATION BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER

A2 - PAYPAL
For payments by Paypal, the management fee payment electronically and file the following will apply:
4% fee regardless of the amount of the purchase
Fees are applied on the amount of the order automatically within the grounds of the online shop, reduction of expenses of shipping and insurance may be contracted by the client.

A3 - SETTLEMENT BY BANK CARD

Ets SAGET use a secure system teleadjustable by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD AND BLUE CARD) of the POSTAL BANK - Service SCELIIUS NET V.02

This system is highly secure with the latest advances in encryption ensures our clients the strictest confidentiality of their data bank.

THE SETTLEMENT BY BANK CARD IS ALSO ACCEPTED FOR ORDERS TAKEN BY EMAIL OR PHONE. IN THIS CASE OF FIXED CHARGES FOR MANAGEMENT OF 5 € WILL PERCUS WHATEVER THE COST.

A4 - WORK OF CREATION AND RESTORATION
 

Ets SAGET offer a specialized embroidery art applied (hand embroidery and / or machine) for the creation or restoration of liturgical ornament (chasuble ordination, religious commemoration, anniversary priestly banners, etc. ...).

Ets SAGET also offer its customers all restoration of sacred jewelry and / or bronze church (candlesticks, lecterns, communion and barrier anything religious or sacred brass or bronze and precious metals).

Our studio specializes in the restoration of sacred jewelry offers the following services:

 - Restaurants (broken chalice, cup cracked or punctured, dented paten, hitting various decorative elements missing, replace bolts and threaded rod jammed and rusted, etc. ...)
 - Silver (we carry sterling silver 950/1000 silver with a base of 15 microns for a guaranteed life of 5 years with normal use and following our care)
 - Liturgical gilding real gold (18k quality) with a base of 10 microns for a guaranteed life of 5 years with normal use and following our care
 - Polish: censers, candelabra, candle pic, altar and benches Tabor monstrances, statue, etc. ...

A5 - SERVICE BOX CUSTOM

Our bespoke service in our workshops in travel box or protective cup, chalice, cruets, Chapel bag, lacrosse, processional cross, monstrance, incense even large rooms. Contact us for a quote.

To do this, an estimate is either pictures or moving costs (50 cents / km or mileage package). Specifications are charged for a package of 80 euros including the feasibility study, technical studies and drafting of the act. This amount is deductible in case of "agreement form" or it will be retained to SAGET Ets.

A6 - PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT FOR YOUR WORK OTHER

For creative work and / or catering, a deposit of 50% will be required (minimum 100 euros), without this deposit may not Ets SAGET begin work. A7 - WORK IN EMERGENCY AND SHORT TIME

When an order is placed with delay urgent imperative:

 - A flat-rate increase of 15% is applied with a minimum charge of 50 €

Mean period of emergency orders to be delivered within a maximum of 15 days.

B - PAYMENT IN MULTIPLE DEADLINES

A settlement is possible in several installments, in which case the goods will be shipped during the collection of the last installment. Upon surrender to purchase after the statutory cancellation period of 7 days, the first payment will be forfeited to the Ets SAGET as compensation for damages. The waiver of purchase must be made by registered mail with return receipt.

REGEL BY BANK CARD IN 3 TIMES WITHOUT INTEREST FROM PURCHASE € 1,200 (fixed fee of 15 €)

C - RESERVATION OF ITEMS

Customers can reserve items: to make a deposit check equal to 15% of the total (and always a minimum of 100 euros) must be established. Upon surrender to the purchase, the deposit will also acquired the Ets SAGET. This waiver must be made by registered AR.

DEPOSIT MAY ALSO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD.

D - DELAY OF PAYMENT

Any late payment will be increased by an amount of 15% under the penal clause, excluding late interest whose legal interest rate will be equal to twice the legal interest rate of the ECB for its operation most recent refinancing. The penalties for late payment is due the day following the settlement date on the invoice.

Late payments will be collected with a minimum of 15 euros, whatever the amount of money to duty.

3 - FEES AND SHIPPING INSURANCE COSTS

Deliveries will be made once full payment received.
Customers can choose from a delivery by post or by carrier and bear the full costs of shipment.
Our shipping costs are called standard: they include the cost of packing and shipping.
For only new items, shipping carriage in France for a total of 1,000 euros minimum purchase.
We can, on request, provide the package and what to charge our customers.
No refunds will be studied:
a-if no insurance has been contracted and paid
b-if the customer does not have the reserves with the carrier upon delivery of the package if it is open or visibly damaged.


4 - PAST ARTICLES

Each sheet includes product photos and a description referring to the quality of goods sold. It is the customer to ask any relevant questions before making any purchase in case of doubt. No claims will be accepted then.
Prices for antiques can be a reasonable negotiation. Clergy members enjoy, on receipt attached to regulation, a flat reduction in the discretion of Ets SAGET.
We also remind our guests that the old liturgical objects have a life and sometimes tumultuous history: they were used in the Liturgy, are passed from hand to hand and can, of course, show natural wear which is also their distinctiveness and prove their origin and age.

5 - NEW ITEMS

The price of new goods is fixed and subject to any change in price without notice. 6 - PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

A - TERMS

Customers will not receive promotions outside promotional periods. Any reduction in rates remains at the discretion of Ets SAGET.

The coupons and gift certificates do not apply to articles of the category of SUPER DISCOUNTS whose articles have already strongly shelved (discount up to 70%)

Discounts do not apply outside of their life: any item ordered after the deadline will not benefit from the reduction previously granted. But when you order, Ets SAGET can establish a new coupon and this custom, in its discretion.

B - GOOD REDUCTION

The coupon is expressed in% or in cash (eg 10, 20, 50, 100 euros ...)

a) For reductions expressed in%, the coupon is used only once for as many items you want and the discount applies to any order or in any amount. For use with your promotional code.

b) For reductions in cash, the following rules apply:

 - Usable once your unique promotional code
 - A minimum purchase is required of 250 euros for every 50 euro discount.
Example: a purchase of 100 euro is valid for an order not less than 500 euros (EXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES)

7 - JURISDICTION

In case of dispute not resolved by amicable, Ets SAGET up residence in their headquarters. Jurisdiction is the Tribunal de Commerce de Lille (59).

8 - DATA PROTECTION

Ets SAGET undertake not to transfer its files and customer data to third. We respect the respect the privacy of our customers and keep your personal data (purchase history, email, address, phone, etc. ...) in the strictest confidence and highly secure way.
On request by registered CAs you can have a copy of your customer record and you also have the opportunity to make any change or cancellation if you so wished by the Data Protection Act and Freedom (CNIL)
